Background

MCM Technology has been committed to providing enterprise software solutions for the public sector market since 2001. With a 30 year background of providing solutions for the private sector of the Communications industry dating back to the 80s, MCM's transition to the public sector was a perfect fit. No other solution provider had previously committed their effort and energy into meeting the needs of communication departments and repair shops for the public sector. MCM decided to do just that, meeting needs related to mission critical asset life cycle management.

MCM's in-house Engineering and Development Team has designed and built a tailored solution around the specific needs and work processes of public sector communications agencies. Combining our existing knowledge of communication asset and service management needs with the voice of the industry, we were able to create best-in-class software solutions - CommSHOP 360�� and CommASSET 360��.
