Monroe County (Rochester, NY) is a full service communications repair and technology center for all of the County's communication and communication infrastructure needs. With nearly 200 agencies and well over 500 sub-agencies, the needs for Monroe County were significant.

Challenge
To take Monroe County to a new level with the Country's only industry specific Windows based communication asset management and work order system as well as interface the MCM system to their Public Safety modified Zetron paging terminal. Another challenge was the need to allow access by all of the users over internet connections back to a secure Communications server.

Solution
The installation of the standard core MCM Real Time™ Asset Management Software with it's optional Pager Billing and Management interface was the exact fit that Monroe County was searching for. The implemented solution allows all users to connect remotely via internet connections easily and without any bandwidth concerns.
