Business Description.
MCM Technology, LLC is a privately-held software development company that provides real-time asset management solutions. The Company sells two primary enterprise software solutions into the government and public service sector.

Technology & Product Description.
The first product is a wireless communications management enterprise system that fully integrates point-of-sale, bar coding, activation, billing, inventory, service, cost allocation and accounting into one system. This system is utilized to manage the communications assets of government & municipal radio shops, as well as two-way radio dealers, paging carriers, and traditional radio shops.

The second solution is a broad-based, comprehensive asset management system that tracks all assets used within a public service entity, from communications assets, to vehicles, firearms, computers, video systems, equipment, etc. At any given time, a user is able to identify any and all critical information about an asset, such as an asset's location, historical service work and costs related to that service, as well as frequencies used on every single communications asset, language spoken by the user, etc.

Target Markets.
With strained budgets found at all levels, any government's accountability to its taxpayers is an extremely high priority. A situation where assets are lost and unaccounted-for assets is simply inexcusable. Current asset tracking in the governmental sector is woefully inadequate. Second; since 9/11, and more recently with the events surrounding Hurricane Katrina, homeland security readiness and emergency preparedness have taken on entirely new meanings. It is of utmost importance that all complex and mission-critical assets be properly tracked and accounted for. In addition to the Federal Government and the 50 state governments, there were 87,525 units of local government, as of June 30, 2002. Nearly all are candidates for the use of MCM's communications and/or asset management systems.

800 MHz Rebanding Mandate.
MCM is fully prepared to assist incumbents with the FCC-mandated 800MHz Band Reconfiguration Project. MCM has assembled a special version of its award-winning enterprise software package that includes modules needed to manage the rebanding process. Those modules include Agency Account Management, Asset & Equipment Management, Inventory Parts & Labor Management and Service & Work Order Management. MCM's communications asset management system is the only comprehensive system available for the proper management of this project. This software platform becomes the base from which a statement of work can be generated, and from which the entire process can be efficiently, effectively and properly managed.
