This complimentary application was created for our customers who need to extend service management responsibilities beyond their Local Area Network range. With this new web platform, work orders can be remotely created in the MCM Work Order system.

The Web Work Order Manager has the following features:

• Allow access for remote users to generate a simple work order via the web.
• View and manage all open and historical work orders / records
• Enter repair notes immediately after the job is done by remote web access.
