Web Service Request Manager
One of the newest additions to the MCM Solution Offering Portfolio is the Web Service Request Manager. This complimentary application was created for our customers who need to extend service management responsibilities beyond their Local Area Network range. With this new web platform, service requests can be submitted via the web and automatically generate a work ticket in the MCM Work Order system.
The Web Service Request Manager has the following features:
- Allow access for remote users to submit electronic service requests for their department(s).
- A work order will be created based on each individual request.
- E-mail notification can be sent to a person or group of people when a request is submitted.
- The person requesting service can view the real-time status of their outstanding requests.
