Web Asset Manager

One of the newest additions to the MCM Solution Offering Portfolio is the Web Asset Manager. This complimentary application was created for our customers who need to extend asset management responsibilities beyond their Local Area Network range. With this new web platform, the MCM Asset Management module can be accessed remotely with various levels of permission by user name.

The Web Asset Manager has the following features:

• Allow access for remote users to search their departments asset inventory
• Asset inventory list can be exported to Excel via the web
• Asset inventory can be queried by multiple characteristics
• Permission levels determine whether web users have read-only permissions or the ability to change asset information
• Real-time update in the database when changes are made via the web

Eliminate the need to provide an asset inventory list to your supporting departments by extending search and read-only privileges of your asset database via a secure web interface. You may also be confident that your asset database is producing real-time results by extending functionality further and having the remote asset users update their own inventory of asset records while it is out of your reach.
